Open Roles
We’re currently looking to fill a range of positions. We extend this register of interest to our community – to parents, grandparents and other community members interested in helping out.
Current Open Roles:
- President: chairs meetings; liaises with the school; P&C and wider community; and
acts as a spokesperson for the P&C. - Vice President(s): supports the President; chairs meetings in the absence of the
President; and supports sub-committees. - Secretary: prepares meeting agendas, minutes, flyers, and P&C updates for the school
newsletter; maintains records; and monitors correspondence. - Head of Fundraising & Events: oversees fundraising activities; organises events;
manages the sub-committee; liaises with the P&C. - Grants coordinator: Assists the Executive Committee to research and review grant opportunities that align with P&C goals for the year.
The outgoing position holders are very happy to support you as you learn and take over

All roles listed are unpaid and run in accordance with the Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations of Australia, NSW (pandc.org.au). Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds, balancing busy lives, paid careers, and family commitments. As a team, we collaborate to ensure that no one feels overwhelmed, while efficiently managing the essential tasks that keep our P&C business running smoothly.
